OneOrtho is a company specialising in the development of innovative digital surgical solutions and in the 3D printing of medical devices, tailored to the specific needs of manufacturers.
We help medical device manufacturers looking to implement personalised surgery to bring an innovative, turnkey digital ecosystem to market. Our strength lies in combining agility and responsiveness with recognised expertise in bespoke solutions for orthopaedic and maxillofacial surgery.
Originally developed for the medical sector, our technologies can be easily adapted to other industrial sectors.
We thus expand our scope of activity by offering our expertise to provide bespoke R&D services, 3D printing services in a ‘controlled’ environment, and turnkey support for the implementation of a digital ecosystem (SaaS or PaaS platforms) integrated into your processes, to manage a digital supply chain and optimise project management.
An innovative start-up founded in 2013 in Saint-Étienne and winner of the 2030 Global Innovation Competition, Oneortho Médical is certified to ISO 13485:2016 and holds CE marking in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC.
The company holds a CIR (Research Tax Credit) approval granted by the Ministry of Research.
Our mission: To roll out innovative digital healthcare solutions to optimise the efficiency of surgeons and their teams, as well as patient care.

We specialize in creating static or dynamic digital twins based on a patient’s medical images to enable robust preoperative planning, ensuring a well-prepared, precise, and repeatable surgical procedure—whether or not it is assisted by customized intraoperative solutions (custom-made guides, augmented reality, etc.).
We provide agile and responsive support to medical device manufacturers through our turnkey 3D modeling and planning solutions.
