3D hip planning for optimum surgical precision
Our 3D Hip Planner is a web-based application used to plan prosthesis placement for orthopedic hip surgery.
Using the patient’s DICOM imaging data, we create a digital twin, enabling advanced 3D modeling to visualize the complete articular anatomy of the hip and simulate every stage of the procedure.
Our aim: to anticipate intraoperative problems and give the practitioner greater peace of mind during the operation.
3D Hip Planner
Key benefits
Optimizing surgical strategy
Our software enables detailed surgical planning, optimizing the surgical strategy for each patient and identifying potential challenges and complications prior to surgery. This preparation helps reduce intraoperative problems.
In-depth preoperative analysis
Measure the pre-operative anatomy, classify and quantify the patient’s pathology for a thorough understanding before surgery even begins, making it easier to choose the size and design of the total hip prosthesis and its positioning.
Implant placement simulation
3D modeling enables precise visualization of the patient’s anatomy, guaranteeing perfect fits for hip implants and enabling informed decisions to be made prior to the surgical procedure.
Preoperative time savings
The default position of the prosthesis is controlled by OneOrtho, in line with the manufacturer’s requirements, to reduce planning processing time for the surgeon.
Technological advances
We use robust, proven technologies to guarantee reliable results and an intuitive user experience with SCRUM / AGILE project management. This approach transforms project management into an iterative, precise and personalized process.
Digital workflow
Key features
Planning is based on spatial positioning, dimensions and implant type. All modifications made to the prosthetic cup in the interactive insert are updated in real time in the associated dynamic 3D insert.
Save your surgical preferences to save time during future preoperative planning.
The manufacturer’s implant library is available for the surgeon to determine the most appropriate range and size of prostheses for a given patient undergoing total hip arthroplasty.
Optimize your planning by selecting the CT axial section view to facilitate femoral implant selection.
Visualize implant sizing and position on the 3D reconstruction of the patient’s anatomy, as well as digital osteotomy and functional data.
The integrated automatic calculation tool can be used to calculate a wide range of data, including bone segment lengths for both lower limbs, femoral head diameter, femur anteversion and femoral bone offset.
Once planning has been completed and validated, you can automatically generate a report summarizing all anatomical and prosthetic information, as well as a global 3D view selected by the surgeon.
