3D knee planning for optimum surgical precision
The 3D Knee planning software is designed for surgical planning of a total knee prosthesis. This web-based application enables 3D planning of implant position and size. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with a customized guide.
Using the patient’s imaging data, we create a digital twin, enabling advanced 3D modeling to visualize and simulate every stage of the procedure.
Our aim: to anticipate intraoperative problems and give the practitioner greater peace of mind during the operation.
3D Knee Planner
Key benefits
Optimizing surgical strategy
Our software enables detailed surgical planning, optimizing the surgical strategy for each patient and identifying potential challenges and complications prior to surgery.
In-depth pre-operative analysis
Measure the pre-operative anatomy, classify and quantify the patient’s pathology for a thorough understanding before surgery even begins, making it easier to size the femoral and tibial components of a knee prosthesis.
Implant placement simulation
3D modeling enables precise visualization of the patient’s anatomy, guaranteeing perfect fits for knee implants and enabling informed decision-making prior to the surgical procedure.
Custom instrument modeling
The data generated by our application enables us to model customized instruments, guaranteeing perfect adaptation to the specific needs of each patient.
Technological advances
We use robust and proven technologies to ensure reliable results and an intuitive user experience with SCRUM / AGILE project management. This approach transforms surgical planning into a precise, efficient and personalized process.

Key features
surgical preferences
of anatomical landmarks
Save your surgical preferences to save time during future preoperative planning.
Optimize your planning by selecting the scanner view to estimate implant coverage and validate your choice of implant.
The manufacturer’s implant library is available for the surgeon to determine the most appropriate versions, ranges and sizes of prostheses for a given patient in the context of total knee arthroplasty.
Throughout the planning process, the surgeon can visualize implant sizing and position on the 3D reconstruction of the patient’s anatomy.
Choice of references and anatomical landmarks to match manufacturers’ design choices and/or surgeons’ operative choices.
Interactive onboarding tool for first-time users to quickly get to grips with the tool and its functions.
Tools to precisely calculate the values of the spaces generated by the addition of the bone cuts made without taking into account any cartilage or laxity that may be present.
Once the planning has been completed and validated, a report summarizing all the information is automatically generated for the surgeon. On request, we can design customized cutting guides based on the planning.
